- Max NTSC overscan: Screen Display 0,,26,, 0 to 233 234 lines

- Max NTSC TV overscan: Screen Display 0,,27,, 0 to 229 230 lines

- You can see each line if you look closely so the first line is not
- visible but should have something on it, and the last 3 lines are not
- visible but should have something on them. Using the full area will
- loss info at the edges as they are not square.
